UNICEF Türkiye Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid. Please see attached the tender document, and please access the rest of the annexes as technical specification templates and price proposal templates though the LITB-2025-12 (LITB-9201067)- Bid Form Must be filled out, stamped, and returned Annex B - Price Proposal Template - must be filled out, stamped, and returned in Excel and PDF files (password protected) Annex C - Technical specifications (TOR) Annex D- Mandatory Checklist, for detailed specifications, requirements and other important details. Annex E- Vendor Declaration FormFinancial proposals shall be sent by bidders in an encrypted way (password protected) in a separate email. Please do not put the passwords in the email. The passwords for the financial proposals will be requested at later stage. Proposals received in any other manner will be rejected. Proposals must be received by latest 24 November 2025, Monday,17:00hrs (P.M.)(Ankara Time, GMT+3).
