Description:
The purpose of the contract is to develop the national roadmap for transport sector including Strategy, Action Plan and Pathways for net zero emissions target with concrete policies, solutions/actions, defined indicators and milestone. The contract will also include development of a Green Project Pipeline (GPP) and related financing framework. The contract shall be based on; but not necessarily be limited to: 1.Roadmap for transport sector including Strategy, Action Plan and Pathways; 2.Capacity development for implementation of Roadmap; 3.Publicity and visibility; 4.Green Project Pipeline (GPP) including priority and secondary projects/actions proposals and their financing framework.
