Delivery Places: Erzincan Provincial Health Directorate, MengΓΌcek Gazi Training and Research Hospital, Refahiye Dr. Fahrettin UΔur State Hospital. Tercan State Hospital
Delivery Date: The contract period is 4 months and will be delivered as a maximum of 2 parties. However, the contract amount on the basis of the part is 300 TL. The products below will be delivered in 2 parties during the contract period. The party orders will be made in writing by the administration (the Chief Physician in the Health Facilities, the Provincial Health Director in the Provincial Health Directorate), the contractor will deliver the required party amounts within 20 days from the date of notification. UTS barcode and label name, serial/lot numbers must be present on the invoices of medical materials. There should be labels on dangerous substances showing the class of dangerous matter.
