Description:
The tender involves the Design and Construction of Infrastructure & Superstructure Works including Electrification under the İstanbul North Rail Crossing Project (INRAIL). The project includes the construction of a 127 km greenfield railway line designed to bypass the Istanbul Metropolitan Area, with a maximum freight carrying capacity of 50 million tons per year. The scope includes the design and construction of 122.3 km of double-track main line, 4.7 km of single-track connection lines, multiple tunnels, viaducts, and bridges. The procurement is subdivided into four lots, allowing proposers to submit proposals for one or more lots.
