Delivery Places: Bodrum State Hospital Pharmacy Unit
Delivery Date: The Contractor shall deliver the materials in the required amounts and pencils in the "10 (ten) days" on the written order of the pharmacy unit of our hospital after the signing of the contract. The materials subject to the tender shall be delivered at the request of the pharmacy unit at 2 (two) times. After the order fax or e -mail of the pharmacy of the Pharmacy, the amount and the materials of the pen must be delivered completely. In terms of stock tracking and management of our hospital, it is obligatory to comply with the required amount and pen. There is no recruitment of pens that are not requested by order fax or mail. Goods will not be delivered without the company official. In case of shipment by cargo, the goods will not be accepted.
Date of starting work: The contract is deemed to have started work from the date of signing.
