Delivery Places: Antalya Akdeniz University Hospital
Delivery Date: Order (Material Request Form) sent to the contractor's fax number (material request form) shall be delivered to the administration within 3 days from the fax date. The Contractor must deliver all the salts requested in order to the warehouses of our hospital under the supervision of a personnel assigned by the Hospital Technical Services Directorate.
Start Date of Work: Following the signing of the contract.
