Delivery Date: The spare parts subject to the tender can be referred as a maximum of 5 (five) parties. The Contractor shall notify the shipment program before the start of the actual shipment and the material inventory of the materials based on the shipment to the General Directorate of TEMSAN; As explained in Article 6 of the Technical Specification titled V. Inspections and Tests, it shall submit a shipment from the General Directorate of TEMAN General Directorate. If it is determined that the materials in the shipment program are in accordance with the criteria required in the technical specifications following the delivery of TEMAN General Directorate, the examination and acceptance report shall be issued.
