Delivery Date: The delivery time of the goods/work is 365 calendar day. The contractor will start within 30 days following the signing of the contract. After the oral orders of the administration in fax or telephone or emergencies, the delivery of the technical specification within the specified period of technical specifications shall deliver the material within 3 days in accordance with the technical specifications. If the material is not delivered in accordance with the technical specifications and the material is not delivered within the period, a penalty shall be imposed on a daily 1 %per day without a warning. Although the expiration time of the products is close or finished or the contract period is finished, a new change will be made. If there is no change by the contractor, all penalties specified in the contract will be applied.
