  Ozon is searching for a partner who could provide the services of 1C specialists in Turkey
  
  Requirements for the supplier of outsourcing of 1C specialists in Turkey
  1. Vendor Requirements
  1.1. Confirmed by personnel data, the staff of 1C specialists is at least 10 people.
  1.2. The total number of 1C certificates for full-time employees is at least 10 pieces.
  2. Subject of procurement
  2.1. Services of work of 1C specialists on the instructions of the Customer in the total amount of up to 1,000 hours (for the period of the contract, for a period of up to a year).
  2.2. The supplier provides a price agreement indicating the hourly rates for attracting specialists under the contract.
  3. The procedure for registration of services and settlements for them
  3.1. Work is carried out according to the tasks for the performance of work. Tasks are issued in the Customer's system.
  3.2. The contractor makes a preliminary assessment of the labor costs and duration of work on the task
  3.3. Monthly, the Contractor provides time sheets for each specialist in the context of Day, Task and a consolidated register of work performed by all specialists. Specialists of the Contractor at least weekly report on labor costs in the Task card in the Customer's system.
  3.4. The services rendered are paid monthly according to the registers of work performed approved by the Customer.
  4. Involvement of contractor's specialists in the performance of work under the contract
  4.1. The Customer forms the requirements of specialization for the allocation of the Contractor's specialists
  4.2. The Contractor provides a list of specialists who meet the requirements of the Customer, with the attachment of the portfolio of each specialist and the indication of the grade
  4.3. The Customer can conduct an interview when choosing a specialist for compliance with the requirements and evaluation of the grade.
  5. General requirements for the Contractor's specialists
  5.1. Work experience in the specialization profile (analyst, 1C consultant, 1C developer) from one year
  5.2. Compliance with the "System of standards and methods for developing configurations for the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform" (https://its.1c.ru/db/v8std).
  6. Specific requirements for the tasks of the 1C project in Turkey
  6.1. For consultants and analysts:
  6.1.1. Good knowledge of the configuration of 1C: Drive in terms of accounting or personnel accounting and payroll.
  6.1.2. A good understanding of the methodology of Accounting, Tax and reporting of Turkey in 1C.
  6.1.3. Experience with business requirements (their collection and formalization to the level of Technical specification).
  6.1.4. Experience in participation in integration projects between 1C and other ERP systems is highly desirable
  6.2. For developers:
  6.2.1. excellent knowledge of DCS (Data Composition Schema).
  6.2.2. programming of the controlled interface 1C 8.3.
  6.2.3. work with HTTP services and XML.
  7. Required amount of resources at the start and timing
  7.1. Senior/Leading Analyst of 1C - 1 people
  7.2. Senior/Lead Developer of 1C - 1 people
  7.3. Start of work - 03.04.2023
  7.4. The minimum period for which the involvement of specialists is required is 6 months, those from April 2023 to September 2023
