Delivery locations: Provincial Health Directorate, Bingoel State Hospital, Gynecology and Children's Hospital , G7f24bf990f49019703085b5f90fea355Enc, Solhan and KarlΔ±ova District State Hospitals
Delivery date: Following the signing of the contract; In line with the written request/order (fax, mail, e-mail) of the administration/relevant warehouse, the specified materials will be delivered within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of placing the order. emergency iRequirements will be delivered within 3 (three) calendar days at the latest from the date of order. All materials will be delivered gradually or in one go, depending on the need, in line with the request of the administration. In the presence of the Inspection and Acceptance Commission, the materials will be received during working hours (0900-1600).k and necessary procedures will be done. Printed documents will be delivered step by step, depending on the needs of the administration. In case of changes in the forms/documents, the printing process will be carried out according to the new change. (Printing will be done after the approval of the relevant warehouse supervisor.)Transport of the material and delivery to the hospital warehouse belongs to the contractor.
Date of starting work: The work will start after the signing of the contract.
