Applications of companies which do not have legal presence in Turkey will be disqualified.United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby solicits the Bid for the subject requirement. TCO- LIBS-2024-02-9188706 Bid Form (pages 3-4) Must be filled out, stamped, and returned Annex B - Price Proposal Template in two parts Both worksheets must be filled out and returned in both Excel and signed/stamped PDFformats:- In Part 1, price offers are requested for a specific outdoor campaign, tentatively to take place around 10-25 April 2024 in 30 provinces.- In Part 2, price offers are requested to be valid for 1 year, applicable for future possible campaigns in 81 provinces. Unit price offers in part 2 may differ from the price offers in part 1, taking of a long-term commitment into consideration. Offers should be sent in one email with ITB Bid Form (pages 3-4) and price offers attached The price quotations must have 2 digits after decimal point. All prices must be quoted in US Dollars excluding VAT (Value Added Tax). The prices must be valid at leastfor ninety (90) days from the closing date of the bid. Prices should be inclusive of printing, transportation and display of posters. The expected duration of display is 2 weeks for all provinces and tentative dates are 10-25 April 2024. The exact locations will be determined during the contractingperiod. Payments will be made in USD after satisfactory completion of the work by contractor and acceptance of the work by UNICEF. UNICEF reserves its right to discontinue or cancel this quotation or change the quantity to be procured. UNICEF reserves the right to split the order between two or more different suppliers.
