- Tenders are invited for Mobalizing Private Sector Capital for Climate Adaptation and Resilient Infrastructure in Turkey At the request of GoT, Turkey was selected as one of the five pilot countries as part of the World Bank Groups project: Enabling Private Sector Engagement in Adaptation. The overall objective is to develop country specific guidance for PSP in climate adaption and resilient infrastructure in Turkey. The project will include following components: Task 1: Key adaptation and resilience (A&R) priority areas and the investments Task 2: Market and PPP regulation assessment Task 3: Financing modality Task 4: Project screening and short listing Among these tasks, Task 1 and 4 will be carried out by in-house resources of the World Bank. A consultant or a firm (hereafter collectively referred as consultant(s)) will be recruited to carry out Task 2 and 3.
