Delivery locations: Kocaeli Provincial Health Directorate and all health institutions affiliated to the Directorate-( K7f24bf990f49019703085b5f90fea355ocaeli Provincial Health Directorate - Provincial Public Health Central Laboratory-Darıca Farabi Training and Research Hospital-Gebze Fatih State Hospital-Goelcuek Necati Celik State Hospital-İzmit Seka State Hospital-Kocaeli Derince Training and Research Hospital-Kocaeli State Hospital-Korfez State Hospital andUnits affiliated to these institutions
Delivery date: Each of the products will be delivered gradually by each health facility within the contract period, with a maximum of 3 (three) orders (excluding business increase and/or business decrease). In case of unforeseen circumstances, the administration will be in the delivery schedule andreserves the right to change the number of orders. The materials will be delivered within 15 (fifteen) days following the written order by the Health Facilities Administrations. Material as much as the ordered quantity will be received, not much quantity.
