Medical Consumables Will Be Purchased
Nature, type and amount: 340 items Medical consumables and Dental Consumables Detailed information can be found in the administrative specification in the tender document in EKAP.
Delivery locations: Menguecek Gazi Training and Research Hospital, Oral and Dental Health Education and Research7f24bf990f49019703085b5f90fea355Research Hospital, Refahiye Dr. Fahrettin Uğur State Hospital, Tercan State Hospital.
Delivery date: The contract period is 8 months, and it will be delivered in 2 lots at most. However, the contract amount on a part basis is 300 TL. The products under the price of twill be forfeited. Batch orders will be made in writing by the administration (administration chief physician in health facilities, Provincial Health Director in Provincial Health Directorate), the contractor will deliver the desired lot quantities within 20 days at the latest from the date of notification. Bill of medical suppliesUTS barcode and label name, serial/lot numbers must be present among them. There should be labels showing the dangerous substance class on the dangerous goods . For Implant products in the tender list; A patient-based order will be drawn and the invoices will be issued monthly by the contractor and the doctor'sIt will be delivered to the administration (pharmacy) together with the request letter.
