Description:
T.C. 1-) Ownership of the Mayor of Toprakkale will be rented by the auction procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886. 2-) The tender will be held on Friday, 22.03.2024 in the meeting hall of the town hall in the chart below in the presence of the Council. 3-) The rent time of the place to be rented is (1) years from the contract period. 4-) Monthly monthly price and other information of the open space are as follows. 5-) The bid bond shall be taken over the estimated price. The proportion is 3 %(3 %) and it is mandatory to be deposited in exchange for a receipt of our municipality while participating in the tender. The bond for participation in the tender is only valid for the workplace specified in the guarantee receipt. 6-) For those who wish to participate in the tender, the following conditions are sought; To meet the conditions specified in Article 5 of the State Tender Law No. 2886. Copy of Identity Card and signature from the notary public. In case of participation as a proxy, the attorney regulated from the notary public. Approved residence.
