Laboratory Materials Will Be Purchased
Quality, type and amount: PATIENT BLOOD SUGAR MEASUREMENT STRIP (HOSPITAL TYPE) (200.000 Tests) Detailed information can be found in the administrative specifications in the tender document in EKAP.
Delivery locations: Antalya Akdeniz University Hospital
Delivery date: - After the contract is signed, according to the needs of the administration, the order (material request form) sent by the administration to the fax number of the contractor specified in this contract will be delivered to the Administration within 30 days from the fax date. -All devices and systems must be installed to operate in the units determined by our institution within 30 calendar days after the contract is made. The contract period is 6 months. All devices operate under the conditions specified in the technical specification and will remain in our institution for 10 months after they are installed. The materials will be as ordered. During these periods, the contractor firm will continue to be liable in all matters such as operation of the device and technical maintenance.
