Delivery locations: Kepez State Hospital-Pharmacy Unit
Delivery Date: Administration may request the entire goods at a time or part of the goods during the contract period. Delivery will be made within 10 days following the Communiqué of the order for the products that can be stoked. Delivery will be made between 0800 and 1600 hours at work days except for the material needs of the administration. Materials subject to cold chain, cold chain indicatored label or temperature recorder should be delivered with digital degrees. It should be documented that the cold chain is not broken.
