- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Reconstruction Supervision of Public Buildings. Name of the Project : Istanbul Seismic Risk Mitigation and Emergency Preparedness (ISMEP) Project - Supervise the reconstruction construction works of educational buildings with a total closed area of approx. 350,000 m2 (including defects liability period). These educational buildings are located in various districts of Istanbul. - Reconstruction supervision services of educational buildings are expected to be started in June 2022. (Duration for construction supervision will be approx. 24 months and the defect liability period will be 12 months.) Submission of bids on 23rd of August, 2021 at 14:00 (local time, Istanbul).
