Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Reconstruction Supervision of Educational Buildings The consulting services (“the Services”) consists of construction supervision and defects liability services for Public Buildings such as; educational buildings and etc. These public buildings are located in Istanbul. The number of Public Buildings will vary due to the evacuation plan of the Provincial Directorates of Related Authorities. However, the final quantity of public buildings will have been decided in the Request for Proposal (RfP) documents to be sent to the short-listed consultants. Consultants shall: • Supervise the reconstruction construction works of educational buildings with a total closed area of approx. 300,000 m2 (including defects liability period). These educational buildings are located in various districts of Istanbul. • Reconstruction supervision services of educational buildings are expected to be started in February 2025. (Duration for construction supervision will be approx. 24 months and the defect liability period will be 12 months.)
