Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Design of School Buildings in İStanbul The consulting services (“the Services”) include the design of school buildings. These buildings are located in Istanbul. The number of buildings will vary due to the evacuation plan of the Provincial Directorates of National Education. However, the final number of buildings will have been decided in the Request for Proposal (RfP) documents to be sent to the short-listed consultants. The services to be performed shall include; • Preparation of conceptional architectural drawings to meet site conditions and beneficiary needs for the selected buildings. • Requirement of geo-technical surveys and data collection studies for the site to examine the soil conditions for the buildings to be constructed. • Preparation of all related construction drawings considering technical requirements and applicable standards (structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, electronics and communication, infrastructural and landscaping drawings, etc.) in compliance with new local building codes in disaster prone areas. • Preparation of all necessary technical specifications, Bill of Quantities and tender documents with respect to final construction drawings Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours10:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. local time. Expression of interest dossier shall be submitted in both hardcopy & softcopy(digital) formats and must be delivered in a written form to the address below by surface mail, courier or hand delivery by October 10th of 2023 | 16:00 (local time, Istanbul). Applications by e-mail shall not be accepted. All submitted data shall be in English language. IPCU reserves the right to reject the applications received after the abovereferenced date.
