Delivery Date: The materials subject to the tender will be delivered according to the orders of our health facility. In line with the needs of our health facility as of the start of the work, delivery will be made within 10 (ten) calendar days following the written orders. In case of exceeding the amount of needs in the administration, the contractor shall be responsible for the excessive delivery and no payment shall be made for the excess delivery. The notification procedures regarding the order shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Regulation on Purchase of Goods Purchase Tenders.
