Biomedical Consumables Will Be Purchased
Nature, type and amount: 114 Section-18 Monthly Biomedical Consumables Tender Detailed information can be found in the administrative specification in the tender document in EKAP.
Delivery locations: To the Provincial Health Directorate in the demand distribution scheduleProducts will be delivered in the form of shelf delivery to the subsidiary units and the consumable warehouses of the affiliated health facilities.These needs will be delivered by the contractor within 10 (ten) days following the notification of the letter based on the order letters of the health facilities.It will receive approval from the Stock and Logistics Management Unit. Also, taking into account the consumption status of the products, intermediate orders will be placed by the relevant health facilities without waiting for the end of the 1-month need demand period, which is determined for the products that are consumed excessively or in case of an emergency for the material.If 30 (thirty) calendar days before the contract expiry date, the remaining quantities of the contract items have not been ordered by the relevant health facility, the contractor will supply all of the remaining amounts of the relevant items based on this situation.
