DELIVERY PLACES: Kilis Special Provincial Administration of the Special Provincial Administration of Pipes may request the amount of materials he wants in writing or orally. The contractor must comply with the working hours and days of the administration without any rights. All of the materials within the scope of the tender will be delivered in the contract period. The delivered materials shall be delivered within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order in accordance with the qualifications and conditions in the technical specifications. If it is not delivered, the administrative will take the name of the contractor and deduct from the first progress payment of the contractor. The contractor has no right to object to the deduction in question.
